Heather came to the Foundation in June of 2023 with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector.  A lifelong Louisvillian, Heather earned her BA in Political Science from the University of Louisville.  Heather's diverse work experience includes direct-care social work, program creation and project management, as well as grant writing and philanthropic fund development. Heather is committed to the values of social justice and health equity, and she is proud to use those principals and her varied skillset in the role of Grants Coordinator.
