The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky will not collect any identifiable information from anyone visiting its site. The Foundation will track the originating domain name address of visitors to analyze trends and statistics regarding site use, but individual users will remain anonymous.

The Foundation will not collect, disclose, give, sell or transfer any personal information about site visitors. If a visitor requests help or sends feedback via email, the Foundation will not share the visitor’s email address with third parties, except as needed or requested to respond to that visitor’s request.

This privacy policy applies only to this site and not to external sites that are linked. Links to external websites do not fall under the Foundation’s domain and the Foundation is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of external websites.
