Conference Facility
Host your next meeting or conference at the Foundation’s Conference Facility
The Foundation’s conferencing facilities are available Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to organizations for meeting, training, and educational purposes. It is conveniently located at the Foundation’s offices in Eastern Jefferson County and offers two meeting rooms, modern AV equipment, and ample free parking.
Meeting rooms are subject to availability and eligibility. To reserve a meeting room, click here to view the calendar for availability and submit a request. Reservation requests are not accepted until confirmed by the Foundation.
Organizations must agree to the terms for use of the space, pay the fee and provide a certificate of insurance.
AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM
The Training Room & Board Room are both outfitted with the Barco ClickShare Wireless Conferencing System which will automatically connect you to room devices like cameras, mics, speakers, sound bars and displays.
Virtual meetings can be shared within seconds, using your preferred video conferencing platform on your personal laptop.

RATES
Nonprofits & Health-Related Government Agencies
Board Room - $25 per hour
Training Room A or B (less than 50 participants) - $25 per hour
Training Room A and B (up to 100 participants) - $50 per hour
For-Profit & Private Organizations
Board Room - $50 per hour
Training Room A or B (less than 50 participants) - $50 per hour
Training Room A and B (up to 100 participants) - $100 per hour
ADDITIONAL USAGE FEES
For organizations charging an event registration fee that is $50 or more, an additional $150 fee will be assessed.
Please note: The entire Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky campus is tobacco-free, including the parking lot and grounds.
