    The goal of this grant program is to provide funding that enhances and supports grassroots work to prevent alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana use/misuse in BIPOC communities in Kentucky.

    The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky is partnering with the Kentucky Department of Public Health to administer a program to provide grants to support provider electronic health record (EHR) connections to the KYIR via the Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE).

  • Vaccine Outreach and Events

    The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky is looking to fund projects throughout the state that educate minoritized communities about adult vaccine recommendations and/or provide an opportunity for people to receive these immunizations.
