The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky is partnering with the Kentucky Department of Public Health to administer a program to support provider electronic health record (EHR) connections to the KYIR via the Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE).

These projects should educate minoritized communities about adult vaccine recommendations and/or provide an opportunity for people to receive these immunizations.
