The Foundation funded a study by the State Health Access Data Assistance Center (SHADAC) at the University of Minnesota to evaluate the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in Kentucky. The study evaluated Kentucky’s performance in: coverage, access, cost, quality and health outcomes.
