Healthy Kentucky sharpens focus with 2023 - 2027 Strategic Plan
The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky Board of Directors approved a new, five-year strategic plan that will launch on January 1, 2023. Following an 18-month strategic planning process that included external and internal interviews, surveys, data, research and other inputs, Healthy Kentucky will narrow its focus areas to Access to Health Care and Children's Health.
Health challenges facing American Indians and Alaskan Natives
This November, in honor of American Indian and Alaskan Native (AI/AN) Heritage Month, the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky is raising awareness of the health challenges and disparities the AI/AN population faces. Poll: half of Kentuckians believe the pandemic is over in their own lives
Despite a climb in COVID-19 cases across the Commonwealth, about a third of Kentucky adults believe the pandemic is over, according to a new “Insights on the COVID-19 Pandemic and Vaccines in Kentucky Poll” sponsored by the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky. The poll also found that about half of Kentucky adults believe the pandemic is over as it pertains to their personal lives.
