Rules to receive certificate of attendance from FHKY for webinars:

• You must stay on the full duration of the webinar.

• You must be registered under your own name. If you join using someone else’s link, it will be their name that appears in the report and we won’t be able to verify your attendance.

• Certificates are only available for joining the live webinar. While most are recorded and available on-demand, we can’t verify viewings of the recording.

If you submitted a request for a certificate and have not received the certificate within a week of submitting the request, you can follow up with Ally Wells at awells@healthy-ky.org.
