Team Up is a Public Health Academic-Practice Collaborative was created to serve as a bridge between academia and practice in public health. Through Team Up in partnership with the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky, faculty, staff, and students at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health participate in activities that aim to bridge the academic-practice gap. With an emphasis on community engagement, collaboration, and support service delivery, Team Up travels across Kentucky to meet partners where they are and provide services tailored to their needs. Team Up activities are organized into three core areas: Policy & Planning Decision Support, Collaborative Community Organizing, and Applied Scholarship.
